This is “Geny’s List” — named after the woman who first did this. Most people are surprised at the number of entries that go onto their list.

I get asked this question all the time: “How do I know what should be on the list?”

The answer is simple: whatever your brain tells you to put on that list, put it on.

Part of solving a problem is getting your arms around it. This exercise will help.

One other thing: lock this document away safely; our innermost thoughts are not things any of us would want found by anyone.
